The pickup location in Kawaguchiko station is at bus stop No.10.

No, advanced reservation for the shuttle is not accepted. Due to traffic rules and station regulations regarding temporary parking, the hotel shuttle cannot park in the station's property for an extended period of time. Please make sure to call the hotel after you arrive at the station and be waiting at the pickup location when the bus arrives. If you are in a hurry, taxis can easily be found at the station.

The pickup location at Fujisan station is under the Japanese red Torii gate(鳥居). To walk to the Torii, if you come to Fujisan station by train, turn left when walking out of the train ticket gate. The Japanese Torii gate is beside the bus terminal, the taxi stand and the tourist information center.

The pickup location in Kawaguchiko station is at bus stop No.10.

[5]Can I make an advanced reservation for the shuttle?

No, advanced reservation for the shuttle is not accepted. Due to traffic rules and station regulations regarding temporary parking, the hotel shuttle cannot park in the station's property for an extended period of time. Please make sure to call the hotel after you arrive at the station and be waiting at the pickup location when the bus arrives. If you are in a hurry, taxis can easily be found at the station.
