Our thought are with everyone who has been affected by coronavirus.
We are taking everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases, including:
1. We will be temporarily halting our buffet-style breakfast during the coronavirus outbreak and Japanese breakfast will be served individually.

*Menu may be subject to change.

2.We ask all guests to disinfect their hands and fingers at the front entrance and various places in the hotel.

3.All staffs wear surgical facemasks.

4. We stop serving samples at the souvenir shop.

Some samples are available. Please feel free to ask our staffs.

5.We put the air cleaners in various places in the hotel.

6.Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a cleaning spray or wipe.

7.All staffs and clients wash hands often with soap and gargling throat.

8.It requires all staffs check the body temperature.
We have to stay at home just in case we have a fever over 37.5°, symptom of a cold, feeling of tiredness or difficulty in breathing.

*All rooms have windows which can open freely.
We recommend to get some fresh air in the foot of mount Fuji for refreshing and health promotion.

We are taking care of ourselves to the guests could stay safe and conformable.
