We've just finished putting up the Kadomatsu, the iconic symbol of the New Year.

Up close, the sheer size and vibrant green beauty of the bamboo are absolutely breathtaking.
I highly recommend taking a commemorative photo in front of these Kadomatsu--it's a special photo spot available only this time of year!

And in the front lobby, there are "Take-akari" bamboo lanterns.

The bamboo is engraved with the Horse, next year's zodiac sign.
As the Horse symbolizes progress and success, we wish you a year of great strides and prosperity.

It's been a cold stretch lately, but our doors are open and our rooms are warm and cozy.
